Do I have the option to specify the start time of my rent?

The short answer is No. Due to the potential for numerous “DDoS” types of attacks on properties (restricting long-term rents or making the listing illiquid/unpredictable), renters would need to negotiate the renting with land owners, thus increasing the friction for renting. Users are not able to specify the start time of their rent. Their rent starts at the first available time.

When I list a property, why is 0x000..00 the operator?

The Current operator label shows the currently configured address that is authorised to deploy scenes/experiences on the land. The default value for "operator not set" is the zero address.
